whats wrong wit me am i having a miscarriage

I am 20 yrs old college student.
Last wk Wednesday i went to the brm and when i wiped myself i had a spot of blood. I thought it was my period since they are very irregular. but when i went back my pad was clean. Throughout the wk i have been going to the brm and everytime i wipe there is blood then it looks brown. I have taken 2 pregnancy test this month both negative because my bf and i have sex frequently. Today 12/01 i had a bowl movement and a bright red blood stain came from both my vagina and rectum. What could be the cause to this? Unfortunatly i am uninsured and cant see a doctor.

I'd go to the clinic on campus. Blood with BM can be a intestinal infection, constipation and so on but i would see what's going on to be safe

You can try going to your health center on campus. Most schools will have one and can do things for a cheap price. Or you can go to a clinic to get checked. Either way, it is best id you can go see a doctor to get checked.
