I'm not saying shoes are a waste though I agree with getting them use to shoes early just when he is ready to walk I'll buy hard bottoms(the old school shoes) lol !!

When they are learning to walk I was always told baby should wear hard bottom shoes instead of soft !! I agree with the changing table most pack in plays have one attached to them,and I also agree with the bottle warmers !!

I think that changing tables r also a waste. U change em wereever neway ur not gunna get up take them to their room just to change them lol

I have never heard that before. They always wear shoes to learn to walk and they did just fine. They always wore those old fashion white shoes.

Yes, but its been scientificly proven that when they're learning to walk, shoes hinder their ability to balance themselves. We had tons of shoes for our son, but he constantly kicked them off and we'd lose one or both going to the store lol

I think newborn shoes are good. It gets babies feet use to wearing shoes. Both my niece and nephew and little cousin didn't wear them and later when they had to put them on they hated them and cried and hollered for them to come off.

Some people say a change table isn't neccessary. My mom bought one for me though as a gift :)

I swear by a bassinet. In the middle of the night, when they're waking every 3 hours or 2 if you're breastfeeding, you'll be grateful to have them within arm's reach. We bought a pack n play for our son with a bassinet insert that put him at bed level. Life saver!!!

Binkie leashes, wipe warmers, newborn shoes, nice outfits (they poop on them!), and activity mats for tummy time. By the time they're old enough to wanna play with them, they'll be able to crawl and won't sit still!

Bottle warmers. Those things take an age to warm up! And weren't we all advised to never make up feeds then heat the bottle?? Sorry but my microwave on 30 secs, a darn good shake and leave to stand for a minute does the job perfectly!

I think wipe warmers are pointless,I think bassinets are a waster because they will out grow them faster then a crib !

Id say newborn shoes.. Or even up to 3/6 month old shoes.. They can't walk so its just for show.. Socks and slippers are enough for me lol.. Atleast until they start walking..
