If you have a signed lease saying you have ownership of the property she cant do much but if its not signed she can kick you off since its her property
If it's month to month she only has to give you a 30 day written notice. If she doesn't you can stay as long as you hold up your end of the lease. (i.e pay rent, don't move others in, pets, etc.)
If u been paying rent she can't just kick u out she has to go to court n file an eviction but if ur paying no judge will sign it anyways
You have to be given notice. but other than that I'm not sure..
We have a month to month lease, I just thought you kinda needed more of a reason to kick someone out of your property. I'm pretty upset because I liked this house but on the bright side once we move we won't have to put up with her ****.
I believe she has to give you an eviction notice andgive you 30 days.
Not if you guys have some kind of lease or binding contract. If not she can kinda do what she wants even though thats stupid and inconsiderate of her
We don't live with her, we live on one of her properties. We pay for all utilities and have rent every month. Again is that even legal??
