30-36 weeks is when you should think about pre registering =).
Thanks :) I was planning on asking my dr on Thursday at our apt but figured I would get opinions here top
You can do it now. Better to get it out of the way. One less thing to think about. or call your dr office and ask them if you will get a registration packet from them for the hospital. I think I got mine at 24 our 28 weeks to full out
I want to make sure I have it done in plenty of time because my boyfriend easily gets confused by paper work because his first language is Samoan not English and I don't want him to miss anything because he is down there trying to fill the papers out.
I've had three babies and every time my doctors office has given me the paperwork to fill out around 36 weeks and then we mail it to the hospital.
36 weeks seems so close and is pushing it if I were to go into preterm labor. We will see what my dr says Thursday when I go to the Dr.
30-34 weeks and u don't need ur bf to fill out the paperwork unless yall are married and still they ask simple questions
I plan to fill the papers out when we pre register I just want to make sure its done well before I could go into labor. Because I know our hospital keep the father or other person down to do paperwork if your not registered.
When u pre register u get most of the paperwork so that u can go straight to L&D so do it when ur OB suggests and usually ur OB will give u the paperwork to take to the hospital
I never preregistered with my first child. I wont with this one. The hospital has the same exact system as my dr uses.
I had to pre register at 6 months with this baby
I actually registered around 20 weeks myself. The sooner the better since you never know what could happen!
