when to start
Using my evening primrose oil,i bought some but I'm 36+1 and i don't want to use it too early and go into labor like this week or anything lol
You can start taking it orally, in low doses like 1-2 a day. (If it's the 500 mg) then slowly work your way up when you hit 37 weeks. I would ask you doctor but that's what I was told. I take 2 orally and four vaginally everyday/night. I'm 37 weeks/ish. (According to my New doctor anyway) according to my old doctor I'm 38 weeks tomorrow, ehh whatever.
