If your not yet "pregnant" of course you can walk.... you can even jog..... you cant just be still for 2 wks.... without excersizing.... Excersize is even recommended during pregnancy, helps you gain less weight.
Iam from USA. i have heard that, we should take complete rest in the 2WW. iam not too lazy or too brisk in nature.
1) can i do my regular walking exercise.(little brisk walking)
2) If cramping occur, should i need to consult a doctor.(Is that a positive sign in pregnancy or negative sign)
im in my 2ww as well 10dpo.
Have many symptoms of pregnancy:
Cramping on my right side
Headache
Heart burn
sore boobs and nipples and darker boobs.
Feel bloated, tired etc etc etc
took a test today with a 25miu sensitivity and it was neg.
Think i tested too early as i believe i am pregnant.
Wait until 12dpo to test and find a high sensitive one.
I dont know where u are from, but im UK and i bought a test once from superdrug and it has a sensitivity of 10miu, so thats a good 1 2 get if you can.
The best time to take any test is the day your period is due, or when it's already late. Wait to see if you get it, and if you don't, take a test with first morning urine.
We are planning for our first baby. Iam now in my 27th day. My next menstrual date is 18th aug. 13 th friday , i tested, result came Negative. I dont have any symptom of pregnancy. Will i be pregnant. should i need to continue taking rest? Please help me.
i would tell rest and talk to ur doctor abt pain
