im nearly 13 weeks late 4 my period and tried all of the shops own brands but all negative? im told home pregnancy tests r the same as doctor surgery ones is this rite? if i bought the expensive test would it show the same? plz reply sum1?

but iv been 2 the docs twice the 1st time they tested urine by sending it to the lab came back neg, sec time they dun nothing n told me to come back 3 month later cos iv gotta b 6 months late 4 them to do anything? my 1st pregnancy was similar, no home 1s worked but doc urine 1 worked when i was 6 wks pregnant thats why im worried

If your period is 13 weeks late, I would go to the doctor and find out what is going on.  Some women never test positive on urine pregnancy tests.  You could be pregnant or something else could be going on.  Only a doctor will be able to tell you.

As stated, all pregnancy tests work in the same manner. Some however, have evap lines and other korks to making them harder to read..Blue dye/Pink dye etc. It's worth a try. My best friend 6 years ago swore she was pregnant, she took test after test at home and via her dr's office they told her she was just stressed it would start soon every test came back Neg. At 15 1/2 wks past her Men. being due and 2 wks after her last dr. appt which was again Neg, she gave in an bought another test and sure enough it came back Pos...Her dr. got her in the next day for u/s...She was so exciting just to say  (I TOLD YOU SO). She was 4 1/2 Prego w/ a healthy baby before she got a Positive Prego Test...Sometimes things just don't follow text book...Good Luck

All pregnancy tests are the same...trust me.  The only difference, is at the doctor they can take your blood and test your HcG levels.  I'd go see your OB just in case.  Sometimes it's not pregnancy, sometimes it's something else and other times, it's absolutely nothing but your body and stress.  Go to your doctor.
