You mean white discharge on your underwear? That is completely normal and expected when you are pregnant and even when you are not. During a womans cycle your body creates a substance called leukorrhea (spelling?) which is composed of normal vaginal bacteria, cervical and vaginal secretions and cells off the vaginal walls you get it usually more pronounced when you ovulate or during pregnancy since your uterus is a lot more active during these times. Its basically just from the increase of estrogen and it also makes your mucus plug which protects your uterus from infection. If it starts spelling weird or becoming yellow in color you should notify your doctor right away since it can mean you have an infection. Other than that you might want to use panty liners (I had to) so that your undies don't get all messy. Best of luck and congratulations on your pregnancy! Do you know if you are having a girl or a boy yet?
