Can you use whitening strips while you are pregnant?
I don't think you can. I had a pack of the regular ones and I'm pretty sure I read on it or inside on the pamphlet that you can't use while pregnant or even breastfeeding.

That's what I wasn't sure about. I knew it wasn't "bleach". I figured it may be in the category with dying your hair, fake nails ect where some say its ok some don't.
There it's no bleach in whitening strips. It's hydrogen peroxide. It's not been proven harmful to "bleach" your teeth while pregnant or breast feeding, but it is always good to ask your doctor first.
