Ive heard that orange juice gets them moving alot.

They told me t drink a little Caffeine to him or her moving :) hopefully you get to find out soon !

I was told drink plenty of water 4-8 bottles a day 2 weeks before ultrasound to build amniotic fluids and get a clear image and try eating or drinking something sugary before the appointment to get baby moving such as orange juice and icee or coke and a candy bar.
