why did that happen??

So I had the worst cramps last night it woke me up out my sleep in the middle of the night it felt like my menstrual cramps (which were always very painful) I continued to lay down and somehow I went back to sleep through the pain.

i had that this morning... i thought i was gonna die. it wasn't my pelvic though it was literally my stomach... the whole stomach. OMG painful.

I had really bad cramps at the beginning of this pregnancy. I thought I was going to miscarry again. But now I'm 22 weeks and my baby is healthy. Its just your uterus growing for baby.

I too felt like this around 21 weeks my pelvis really hurted like this too

I didn't start having bad or serious twinges until 11-12 weeks AML0212, everyone is different. :) I'm also a ftm. Mine only became such an issue because I was pushing myself too hard physically, that and I had had a med student pushing way too hard on my tummy which started it.

How early did you guys start to feel little cramps/twinges? I'm only 4 weeks 3 days with my first and I have little cramps/pulling feelings on and off. Not severe, though.

Yep yep that's your muscles stretching for baby as xristiina says. To make it ease up you need to take it easy. I seriously agitated my muscles because I'm so active to begin with. The pain was crippling, I was in tears..

Just spend the day laying on your back and go slow when standing and walking
Its no joke, it took me a bit to understand I need to be gentle even when sitting down!

I had that problem for a few nights in a row, I went to the doctor and it was just the baby growing and everything stretching ! I'm now 9 weeks ans that just happened a few days ago
