why do i run out of breath
Hi, I'm 35w1d I would like to know if anyone knows why I run out of breath just by walking 5 or 6 steps I don't get up to fast or anything like that.does anyone knows???
Your stomach is literally in your lungs. It bad especially if your over weight or really small.

Because baby crowds your lungs and when you are this far along your lungs can only fill up so full of air. :) when baby drops it should get better!
Cause you technically have restrictive breathing when yoyre pregnant because you have a baby squishing everything
