why self induction?

Heey ladies this might be a silly question but why do moms to be get induced ? Either by their doctor or they do it themselves?  Ftm. (:

Some pregnancy symptoms that are normal get unbearable for some. The shortness of breath gets to feel like you are suffocating for some women, the pressure and pain gets so bad you can not stand up, the cramps in the arms legs and back can make it impossible to stand up. The list goes on and these symptoms can make some women feel like they are literally dying and go sorta insane. Some have it easy and it does not get that bad but some have it horrible. I have had some pregnancies that where kinda easy and some that I went to the ER on a regular basis because I thought for sure I was dying, most of the time the only choice is to get the baby out as soon as safely possible.

Doctors usually do it for medical reason or too far over due which is unsafe.

I self induced because I was medically induced with my first and it was the worst feeling in the world. Self inducing was super easy and an amazing experience for me. I was too scared to beedically induced again.

Yeah same here...mine will induce you once you hit 39 weeks if you want.  There's a lot of reasons mom's can get induced. ..High blood pressure,  it isn't safe for baby to be in there anymore, lack of growth.

My doctor will induce at 39 weeks if you want. Not for any medical reason either.

The farther along you get the more uncomfortable and painful pregnancy can get. It gets extremely hard to breathe so girls will try to put themselves into labor on their own. Doctors will induce if you get so far past your due date or they see a medical reason to need to.

If by a doctor it is always due to medical reasons concerning you and or the baby and girls induce themselves just because they are tired of being pregnant lol
