I've found wic to be very helpful when we've been in a bind. Milk eggs peanut butter bread cheese juice cereal and $10 for fruits and veggies

It differs with reach state. I got mine 6w and like LadyBeeley said its nothing like food stamps. Its just a little something to help out.

I got approved at 9wks with a letter from lifechoices confirming my pregnancy. They just give you a few things like cheese, bread, milk, $10 of fresh fruit veggies. Its just meant to be a supplement its nothing like EBT/food stamps.

I got mine at 6 weeks. All it is is foodstamps for pregnant women. They also offer nutrition classes and breast feeding classes
