will she be okay ???

So today I was drinking this lipton lemon iced tea mix , mostly all day , and I also had my cup of french vanilla coffee  which I read one cup of caffeine is ok but now im worried because I just read that the iced tea I been drinking also has caffeine :/ so ive had way more than one cup of a caffeinated drink today ! Will everything be ok ? 26 w

I don't think it will cause any harm. The books hit more towards excessive daily amounts long-term :) x

Aww,dun worry a lotta times we dun kno so its not ur fault.. N they do say not to drink a lotta caffeine but a lotta women still drink a lotta tea while they r pregnant like i kno my mom did ..c is a tea addict lol ;)  so i thnk u shld b okay :)

I agree with munchkin2013. Plenty of water and now that you know just be more mindful of it. Also they make decaffeinated tea if you still want to enjoy tea more often.

I think it's fine.. at one point in my pregnancy like closer to 30 weeks somewhere round there I started drinkin a lot of the Lipton raspberry ice tea the powder one yu make yourself, nd I'm always drinkin raspberry arizona teas nd my daughter's healthy :)

Thank you ! But are you sure she'll be fine ? Im sorry im just really worried and upset :/ I cant believe how much caffeine I was drinking and the whole time I thought the tea was ok .

Yea ur not supposed to.drink a lotta caffeine in one day but since u already did jus drink a lott of water so u can pee more n take it out of ur system.. the baby will b fine jus b careful next time :) good luck !
