will they induce?

I'll be 28 wks on Monday. When I was checked this week I was 3 cm dilated and 50% effaced. Since 130 AM I woke up from really painful contractions. I haven't lost my mucus plug and my water hasn't broken yet. I've been at home trying to deal with them but it's been awhile and they haven't gotten better. They are still the same intensity and are sporadic not timable. I was trying to see if they would stop or if I would have any chanages. At this point if I went to the labor and delivery ward would they induce if I was further along? Would they send me home? I put a call in to my doc but never heard back. I still feel him moving which I know is good. Any suggestions or anyone who went through this?

I just called my hospital and they told me to only go in only if my contractions were 3-4min apart and she pretty much told me if your able to smile talk and be on your phone then they are just going to send me home unless my water broke

If your 38 weeks they will probaby let you keep having contractions. I went to the hospital with my first when I was 3 cm and told me to walk. So I did had contractions for 2 day then finally delivered.

If your 28 weeks they won't(baby still needs lots of time to cook), but if you ment to put 38 weeks you can talk to your doc they sometimes will induce you at 39 weeks but just going to the hospital won't work u have to talk to your doc about it
