Theres no real reason to stop eating cheeses or hot dogs while pregnant, its just a safety precaution they recommend especially if you plan on using wic or food stamps.anything you were doing before you got pregnant typically you can do during pregnancy, so if youve been a horseback rider usually doctors say you can continue until you become uncomfortable (the saddles and bouncing will def take a toll on your hips). All this microwave your deli meat stuff you CAN do but keep in mind how many hundred thousand pregnancies before never once conceived of it and haf healthy babies (and they had actually cocaine in their cokes back in the day too lol) just use moderation and your better judgement. I do not take prenatals and every appointment my doc goes over mt bloodwork and says everything is perfect he couldnt have a healthier patient. Its personal choice though.

You don't have to cut back completely on salts, it just helps with blood pressure and swelling! Drinking prune juice mixed with white-cran-strawberry will help tremendously with constipation! =)

No raw fish, soft cheese, and if possible microwave deli meats before eating.

Definitely take prenatal vitamins! That's the #1 thing! No drinking, no smoking, no jumping jacks lol. Drink as much water as possible-it helps your skin with elasticity. Cut back (if not quit entirely) with soda and salts.  And congrats!!
