Nipple soarenes

I woke up today with my nipple hurting a little I mean I noticed bc obviously your nipples usually don't hurt lol but it's red and a little white stuff on it. It's bigger than the other one the other one is perfectly fine it has a little stuff also but why is it a little red and hurting each time I suppress it by accident? I mean the white stuff I know I'm 17 weeks what can I do or use it's sorta uncomfortable

Yes to the nipple cream and bra with no underwire. Those two things held me or a lot!!! BTW, your nipples will start doing weird things, so get ready for it. Lol they still surprise me every day ^.^

Pick up some lanolin. It's nipple cream. It will help with the swelling and sooth the nipples. Also try wearing a bra with no padding or under wire if your breasts are sore as well. I've been living in a sports bra.
