You really need to talk to your doctor and dentist. Ignoring the problem could cause an even bigger one with your baby. You might have developed an infection that if not treated can be very harmful to you and your baby. Also, the second trimester is the ideal time to have any work done.

You can go to the dentist when you're pregnant. I actually just went yesterday and I had 3 cavities filled and I have to go back to get 7 more filled on Thursday. They numbed me and gave me all the shots they'd usually give you. They just can't put you under anesthetics. But if you're really uncomfortable with going you can always use orejel.

Yea and its bad to just let it go not only you but for your baby too. They recommend getting a check up when you're pregnant. Bc pregnancy can cause tooth problems.
