Glad i could help! Ill post my labor story with tips and techniques in a min:) im trying it up for my doula anyways!
Wow, I totally wrote all this stuff down. Now, this is what I needed to know. Omg. I'm so nervous. I'm 33 weeks and 4days.
Yup that makes you labor longer! Breathe through every contraction give in completely to the pain close your eyes focus on your baby remember that each contraction makes your baby closer to being in your arms! When you fight the contraction its more painful and makes your body work extra hard! Look up labor pain management techniques on youtube!!! I found that being in a squating position helped throygh contractions also going on hands and knees. Its hard to laborvin a hospital setting. Remeber to switch positions ans pee once an hour!!! And sleep and rest during contractions dont focus on talking to anyonebcompletely focus on your body. My doula told me she would try and ask my questions and i would ignore her. I was in the zone!
I Stop Breathing When I'm In Pain Haha
Noppeee!!! I was in prelabor for 15 hours bmi was contracting every 5-6 mins but then i wouldnt have another one for like 10 mins thats how i knew it was prelabor! Active laborcontractions are fukin horrible! As soon as my water broke i felt nasuated the contractions hit me hard and got stronger each time i would shake uncontrollably myvlegs wanted to give out i felt like i couldnt breath trusttt you know when your in labor! I would uncontrollably scream as i hit the peak of the contractions. Practice your breathinf techniques now they are so helpful!
I can't even tell when I'm contracting. I went to my dr appointment Wednesday and when i was laying back to hear my daughter's heartbeat my dr said i was having a contraction. I couldn't feel it.
I'll Remember That... Thank You !! I Had To See A Different Doctor This Week And She Told Me Not To Count Contractions That Don't Hurt But 2 Weeks Ago I Was Contracting.7 Minutes Apart But It Wasn't Hurting But It Made Me Efface From 0-50% In 3 Hours ... Did You Count Ones That Didn't Hurt?
Yupp!!!! Definitly take it as a sign of progression! The thing too try to labor as much as you can at home its proven that labor slows down when you get to the hospital or get too excited!! Keep calm go for a walk take a shower get last min things together and relaxxx!!! Thats my best advice!!
Just Frustrated With It Going Away!! I Want My Chubby Buddy Already...
All Of It Went Away As Soon As I Went To Sleep Last Night But The Cramping And Tightness Has Started Already Today So Maybe I'm Just Getting Closer!?
Whats the update with you mah??@jmb4611
Thank You... I'll Keep That In Mind
They help your whohaa feel better after labor:) the hospital provides them
I have no idea what the first two things are lol I will Google them
I asked for extra as well lol
I did the same thing!!!! Hahaha and i wiped that room cleaned and asked for extras! The demerplast and witch hazel pads are so expensive!!!
Omg yes ask for colace right after you give birth seriously and some prune juice! Worst poop of my life. Also a tip, the pads that they lay under you in the bed, fold them up into a rectangle and put two regular pads on it and layer it with witch hazel pads. Kept me from bleeding on everything the first few weeks at home and at the hospital. Take all of the pads, bed pads witch hazel mesh panties everything you can get and ask for extra for the trip home. Seriously.
