Hmm evn I am worried I dnt do anything nor walk much just bound to home cokking three meals a day for m n hubby ..don't knw how it wud toll me in labour
I've been walking or doing prenatal workouts/stretching that I find on YouTube. It benefits both you and the baby. I'm a ftm as well. My mom did say that she did a yoga class when she was pregnant with me and I came out easily, no trouble/tearing etc
