I do the same work out now at 29 weeks that I did before I was pregnant, with just a few slight modifications (nothing on my back and slightly lighter weights).
I do! I use to do two a days at the gym but I've slowed to 3-4 days a week! I usually will run or do weight lifting. I'm 23 weeks
I did before pregnancy and I am still working out now at 24 weeks. I lift weights and go on the elliptical as well as hike outdoors! I love it and it has kept my weight gain on the low side!
