I had a similar thing happen when i was 39 weeks, only thing when it happened to me it wasnt a little bit of blood, it was like being on the 2nd day of my period. I was cleaning my kitchen and had to pee, when i wiped the tissue was covered in blood. I called L&D and they said if i filled a pain in an hour to come in, well i didnt fill a pad so i called again and they said its normal and i should be fine. Well the next day i was still bleeding so i went in to get checked and they said labor would be any day and sent me home. That night i started having contractions, 2 days later i had my son..

Call your doc just to make sure nothings wrong.
