worried that I'm not eating enough?

I'm 18 weeks and 5 days and I don't really eat much because I don't have lots of food to eat at home or food is expensive things of that nature so I tried to eat a certain amount of food a day to make sure that the baby has everything that they need to eat but I just feel so stressed out because I feel like I have not eating enough because I just don't have enough food to eat. I have an ultrasound on Thursday and I'm nervous that they're going to say baby is underweight or something but my baby bump has grown a lot .

Dont worry the baby takes what it has to to live. You will starve before the baby will.

Where do you live?  Do they have FIA there?  You and your baby need the nutrients I hope you find a way to get more food for you and your baby

During pregnancy you only really need to eat about 300 extra calories a day which isn't really that much. Its about quality, not quantity. Don't worry so much about eating a lot as eating healthy! Just try to eat fruits andveggies as much as you can and take your prenatals! I'm sure everything will be fine.
