Actually implantation is a lot less common then people think and it would happen before you ever got a positive pregnancy test. However, everything is extra sensitive in pregnancy and its easy to irritate things. If you've had sex or the doctor did a pap it is possible that it irritated it enough to cause a little bleeding. If you are concerned though contact your doctor and have them monitor your levels to make sure they double every 48-72 hours. Best of luck and Congrats on your pregnancy!

It is common to have bleeding /spotting in early pregnacy in completely viable pregnancies also. But it should be reported to your Doctor .
