worried~

I'm approx 6 wks and I've been throwing up a lot of yellow liquid, and I'm just wondering what it is or what's causing it?!

Around the same time in my pregnancy I was sick all the time too. It has lightened up a lot as I've started to get closer to my second trimester. My practitioner said the same thing, though, don't let your stomach get completely empty. Try starchy foods like crackers, potatoes, and bread. I saw a lot of the yellow stomach acid too. If the nausea is too much, tell your doctor, they have medicine that can help. Also, it could be that the prenatal vitamins you're taking are too strong! I hope it gets better for you. Congrats and good luck!

It's stomach acid. Even if it makes you sick try eating a little something so that your stomach doesn't become completely empty, that's what my doc had me do. I figured I'm going to throwup anyway so might as well make it less painful if possible.

It's probably just part of your "morning" sickness and if your throwing up often it may be just stomach acid cause there's nothing left in your stomach. I know it's a pain cause I'm 4 months and still get sick all the time but you just have to kind of bare with it.
