how long after giving birth can you get pregnant?

That's why they advice you to wait 6 weeks after birth so they can get you on birth control at your 6 week checkup and they do a pregnancy test at 6 week so they must believe you can get pregnant immediately also to have to test you!

Dr recommend not having sex for 6 weeks after birth. I will get on BC as soon as i see my dr.

As soon as your able to have sex again after birth! Google it and look for the Wikipedia answer or webmd!

Me and my mom was talking about that just the other day she e told me 6 months that it's really easy to get pregnant happen to her 2 times because your pretty much wide open down there

Immediately! It's when your most fertile! I know a lot of women with kids less than a year apart because they got pregnant right after giving birth
