So like the first two months of my pregnancy I drank folic acid but my doctor told me to stop drinking them and insted she send me other vitamins that were better according to her but honestly I only dank them once because they are way to big and if I cut them they taste nasty and with this nausea and vomiting I cant drink them... will this affect my baby I'm really worried that It might harm the baby

The vitamins aren't for the baby they are for you. Your baby will be completely fine if you don't take pre-natals. They get everything they need from you.
The vitamins are to stop you getting sick and to keep your immune system up as the baby takes so much from you.
