Yeah I have an exercise ball that I'm going to be using . But sex isn't an option for me so I'll try walking , cleaning the house. Basically everything active to push him down more

I literally tried everything possible with my first and got so agitated as nothing worked. I gave up and My waters ended up breaking sporadically when I jumped off of my bed to run to the loo lol. Basically bubs wont come until they're ready, theres no harm trying but don't be disappointed if it doesnt work..I found time went heaps slower while I was trying to start labour. Some of the things I did included lots of walking, nipple stimulation and bouncing on a swiss ball. I think these were the most helpful in at least getting my body prepared!

Patience worked for me. I waited until my body was ready and didn't try to force myself into labor. Had a perfectly wonderful natural labor and my baby arrived exactly when he meant to.
