As far as you can reach... The gel capsule will dissolve and go where it needs can while inserted.. Its messy so be sure to wear a pad. Best time to do it is at night right before bed.
Yes its safe, I've been doing it for a couple weeks, 6 pills every other night Just make sure your hands are clean or you wear gloves and dont forget to put a pad on! Lol. And they say not to put anymore in if your water breaks.
