worst pain ever

I was so constipated for 3 days, NOTHING was working. I tried EVERYTHING!! Now today i woke up with my tummy rumbling. I feel so bad for the baby that i cant eat sometimes because my stomach hurts. Im worried that by pushing too much i mightve hurt em but the good thing is im not bleeding.

I hardly get constipation it gets worst... I get really bad cramps in stomach n lower pelvic area thn i go loo... But i never taken any laxatives through out pregnancy... Instead i started drinking very warm water atleast 8 glass.. And also one warm glass of water every morning before eating anything... Prune juice is very good however i take whole dried prunes 2 every morning... N whn urge to go toilet dont wait go straight or constipation will get worst... I m 26wks n hve ibs so i get worst cramps ever but baby is doing fine... His kicks n movements mke it easy for me to go toilet...

U should not take laxatives without doctor prescripations as some of thm are harmfull to baby... I ws prescribed lactulose solution never took it... As u hve taken some laxatives speak to ur doctor...
