If it makes u feel better, do remember that for centuries women went without vitamins or prenatals because such a thing hadnt yet been thought of. Im sure missing a few wont hurt. Lolz I have missed several and so far so good. U be okay :)

LOL... calm down.  I haven't taken mine for most of this pregnancy.  Believe it or not, but there are a TON of girls who don't bother taking them.

The fish oil in the prenatals my doctor gave me made me sick, so I got some from the store.  They're the chewable good ones lol.  Well my pregnancy brain kicks in from the time I wake up until I go to sleep.  Here I am at 33 weeks rarely ever taking the prenatals, and my baby is perfectly healthy, measuring right, and growing the way she should.  I would not stress about missing one day.  Props to you for keeping up with it for all the other days!
