Early period that suddenly stopped??
My husband and I have been very agressive about trying to get pregnant. This last month I noticed that I had some pinkish blood but thought it was weird because that would mean that my period was a whole week early. A few hours later the bleeding stopped completely. I am very confused! What should I do?
aww bless, you will get there. I know its hard but just try and be patient and have sex every other day so there is always a supply of sperm when the egg is released

This sounds like implantation bleeding to me.
When an egg implants into the uterus it can cause a very small bleed.
It should be light, scant and not much at all.
This occours near to when you would start your period.
Sounds like your preggers to me. A week will tell the tale.
