I drink a tall glass of milkand a tum
Mustard & pickle juice! Sounds crazy, I know but they actually work!
I have only gotten heartburn after eating and laying down. I now try to also pay attention to which foods cause it so I can do my best to avoid them. I wait at least 45min before I lay down. I drink plenty of water and if worse comes to worst I have TUMS on hand to ease the irritAtion. Not sure of foods to help it.
Milk helps me. I try not to eat anything spicy within 3 hours of lying down for bed. And Tums!
