eat more yogurt with live cultures and ask your doctor about taking a probiotic pill :-). If he okay's it, ask him which brands and which type of probiotic to take..this can make a huge difference in preventing recurring yeast infections.

also make sure that your partner is perfectly clean before you have sex, and avoid using any lubes so you don't upset the pH in your vagina...also avoid using anything besides plain white Dove soap to clean "down there" and make sure you aren't using any scented pads (I know you're pregnant but some women put them in to soak up excess discharge), and avoid washing your underwear with fabric softener - for the loads where you're washing your underwear, put about 1/4 cup of white distilled vinegar into the fabric softener cup in the washing machine instead of fabric softener, and this will help your underwear avoid growing yeast, and avoiding the fabric softener will give your vagina a better chance to maintain a normal pH.

I'm like the queen of yeast infections so I've kind of mastered the art form of avoiding them, lol.

Make sure you call your doctor (if you haven't already) to get an OK for a treatment for this yeast infection that you currently have.
