your body after baby...

Does your stomach go back to normal or at least close to it? I've always been thin so I'm hoping after a few months of exercising and eating well after I have the baby my body will bounce back. For the already moms, did yours?

It depends on how much weight you gain. My first I went from 120-220 and my daughter was 9'7 and my stomach went back to normal for the most part... but was my loose then before. This time around I went from 150-170 and I'm sure it will all melt away after with exercise.

Thanks for the tip! Is there any certian type of spandex to wear, like made specifically for new moms that you know of? Or is it just any spandex pants will work?

In my culture after having your baby they say its good to tighten your stomach after delivery. Like wear Spandex type thing in your stomach to prevent the stomach from just going loose and getting it tight again. My mother-in-law did this after her pregnancy and it is worked for her, it helped her tighten the stomach up a little bit. Obviously with eating right and exercise or simple moving around, but this method definitely helped her alot to get the stomach a bit tight again.

I was 117 pre pregnancy. I never became lower than 140 after that (...3 years later)  but although i wasnt tiny and very skinny like before im happy with my figure.  I only breast fed one month with my first. I plan on breast feeding much longer this time so maybe it will help. :)

I just toned a lot and it got back to how it was. It was tight and flat. But every body is different.

So the skin that didn't perk back up...do you think it could perk back up with exercise? Or is it something that only could be fixed with surgery? Just curious and trying to get a visual of what I'm going to look like lol.

Mine went back but it wasnt like totally back to where it was. It was flatish had a little bit of skin that didnt perk back up but I think most women never get the same exact figure they had before pregnancy back. Especially if you get stretch marks on your belly
