You can try speed bumps squats or what i did with my second pregnancy is take a really hot water shower/bath i did it in the am. By the end of the night my water broked :)
I'm the same but I'm 38+1 ive been having tightenings (bh) lower back pain to the point where it feels like I can't bend, but my son is facing my back so his feet are there so could be his kicks. I've been told he is a bit over average, but not being offered a c section so trying anything I can at the moment to get him moving! I'm trying walking and long warm baths at the moment don't really want to do any remedies that are not natural x.
