Pain after ejaculating

Not sure if this is the right spot to ask this, but here goes.
For the past month off and on I have been experiencing like a dull pressure in my prostate and testicles.  Now suddenly I get a pain in my prostate up to my belly button after I ejaculate/
I went to my doctor who tested me for infection and all stds.  All came back negative.
I asked him what else the pain could be and he just shrugged and said he did not know.  No referral, no exam...nothing.
I am only 34 years old, but this has me a bit bothered.  Anyone have any ideas?
Changing doctors is hard in the remote area I live in.

is your pain after ejaculation? my ejeculation is so extreme that it is almost painful/too sensitive. my doctor shruggs me off as yours does, almost like he doesn't believe me or know what i am talking about. its been hard to get any answers as i have posted several times. i have had prostrate surgery (non cancerous) and it didn't do me any good.

Not to scare you but I would have my Prostate checked. I had the same problem before I was diagnosed with Prostate cancer. It is a simple blood and/or urine test. I wish you all the luck my friend.

Just a bizzare idea - an inguinal hernia? .... the vas deferens - tube connecting testicles that runs through the abdominal wall and into the prostate - could be irritating the adjacent nerves that supply the lower abdominal wall.... a "out-of-the-box" idea.  good luck
