34 year old with Weak urine flow and blood in semen

Hi, I am a 34 year old that has been feeling major discomfort in bladder area. My wife noticed blood in my semen last week. Went to doc did psa test, CT scan and the ct scan said normal prostate as did the psa test and blood test came back with no infection.

He still put me on antibiotics just in case.

It is starting to burn a little to urine and now the blood in the semen has turned from red to brown

Is there anyway of this being prostate cancer? Doc doesn't think so. Last week he put me on doxycycline but I still feel same.

I had inguinal hernia surgery last month but don't think that's connected

Any input would do ease

Thanks
