Hi,
A lump in the scrotum do arise from various structures - skin, testes, epididymis, spermatic cord.
Urologist or general surgeon consultation is the need of the hour.
Hi. If the area with the lump is red and inflamed, it is possible you are merely feeling a thickening of the skin. A common cause of this is fungal. A lump can also be felt along the edge of the testicle. This structure is called the epididymis, a network of tubes where sperm pass, and is normal. Also the testicles are commonly not of the same size , and are ovoid (not perfect spheres).. . Its best you see a Urologist.
Hi Nino,
How are you feeling now? According to the symptoms, you might have upper urinary tract obstruction or a local injury to your left scrotum, which could have gone un-noticed.
You need to see an Urologist at earliest.
