Mild dependent atelectasis: Portions of your lung towards your back when lying down are not fully expanded. It occurs when tiny air sacs in the lungs known as alveoli deflate.
Patent central airways: The central airways refer to the trachea (windpipe) and mainstem bronchi (branching tubes) that supply air to your lungs when you breathe. Patent means they are open and not obstructed.
Calcified granulomas: These are benign calcified nodules that signify old healed infection or inflammation. Possible causes include prior remote histoplasmosis or tuberculosis.
Perifissural nodules: These are benign intrapulmonary lymph nodes, incidental findings.
In summary, none of your CT findings are acute, worrisome, or concerning.
