Chest PA X Ray Question

Recently during my check up, the Chest PA X ray report says "Overlying ribs obscuring the left CP angle"
Rest of the report is normal. Google has nothing on this. What does it mean?

The ECG report also says "T Inversion in V3-V5" Google has things I dont understand.

Any cause for concern?

CP or costophrenic angle refers to the place where the diaphragm (-phrenic) meets the ribs. Blunting of this region may suggest pleural effusion. In your case, the overlying ribs obscure this region, which just means that the study is slightly limited (i.e., cannot exclude trace pleural fluid/thickening), but essentially normal.
