Hello, I'm a university student trying to understand what kind of fracture this x-ray image shows. It's of an old man that was supposedly hit by a car. I know the fracture is segmental but for each individual fracture i'm finding it hard to label. First of all, since there is three tibial segments and four fibular segements, would this fracture be called segmental or comminuted. Secondly, my guess is that the fractures are all short oblique except the bottom fibular one which i think is transverse. Would i be correct in saying this and thanks in advance for any help.
