How would you check for damage to artery wall after angiogram

I had an angiogram 7 weeks ago with no sign of blockages, yet I am in constant pain, which worsens when I try to lift. I cant even walk fast and am exhausted, dizzy and nauseated. I had only chest tightness and and mild pain before the test, but was exercising and working, now I am leaving the house only to go to Dr.s appointments.
Please help, any insight as to what tests I can ask for to get a diagnosis, to see if there is damage caused by the angiogram and hopefully resolve this so I can get back to my life. I have no quality of life now.

Hello Dr. Santos, its looking like I have Lyme Disease or MS, the Cardiac issues were just the start of the problems. I have significant neurological issues going on and only by chance saw a Radiologist who clued in that the other symptoms were indicative of a CNS issue.
Advanced Lyme Disease can cause Heart Arythmia''s I am told. Thank you for asking I really appreciate it, and was only too happy to contribute to your forum.
All the best

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? Complications that can occur following an angiography procedure include: excessive bleeding at the site of the incision,
infection at the incision site,  allergic reaction to the contrast dye. Serious complications which are very rare occurrence include blood clots, stroke, kidney  or blood vessel damage. It is best that you inform your doctor about this for proper evaluation. Additional diagnostic tests such as echocardiogram may be indicated. Take care and do keep us posted.
