I had an MRI of my neck the other day.

Here are the results: C4-C5"Moderare disk height loss anddesiccation along ith endplate irregularityand endplate spurring.  Broad based and effacing  the ventral thecal sac resulting in mild bilateral neural foramine narrowing.  Moderate facet hypertrophy.  Moderate narrownig of the cervical canal.  C5-C6: Moderate disc lossand desication flattening and effacing the ventral thecal sac resulting in moderate narrowing of the central canal.  Broad-based disc osteopyte complex flattening amd effacomg tje emtra; tjeca; sac resulting in moderate to severe bilateral neural foramina narrowing. Moderate facet hypertrophy and uncovertebral arthropathy.  C6-C7: Moderate disc height loss and desiccation with diffused disc bulge.  Superimposed right paracentral broad-based protrusion, measuring 2 mm in AP dimension, indenting the right ventralthecal sac at the right ventral aspect of the cord.  Moderate to severe left and mild right neural foramina narrowing.  Moderate narrowing of the central canal.  Mild facet hypertrophy and uncovertebral arthropathy.  Can somebody make any sense out of all this for me??  Thank you.
