Need help understanding findings on imaging

Can't get help through my local medical community because of aspergers/adhd I'm overwhelming and off-putting to medical professionals and then because I'm a tattooer heavily covered in tattoos so I look like a degenerate that shouldn't have the knowledge I possess. Grew up in gifted classes and IB program and was groomed my whole life to become a doctor but just before medical school had an accident became homeless for 9 months and then received word that grandmother had cancer moved to where she was to take care of her became tattooer to make money to provide for her care. Anyways my question is where can I get help with imaging? Obvious issues on multiple cts and mris that correspond with symptoms but aren't addressed. I know you can diagnose but looking for understanding of what these things are that obviously aren't normal. I have images and will gladly share. Help a struggling 40 y/o father of 3 who's whole family above him are deceased please.
