Question about CT maxillofacial w/o contrast

I received a  maxillofacial CT scan result back and I do not understand what this means.  My doctor is out for 3 weeks and I cannot get anyone to call me back.
"There is a small nodular opacity in the right olfractory recess measuring 4mm in AP dimension and 1 mm in transverse dimension.  There is some mineralization at the right maxillary base.  Also minor mucosal thickening along both infundibula".  The reason I had a ct scan was because doctor suspects a CSF leak as my nose has been running clear fluid when bending over and exertion.   Thank you very much.
