What does this mean

I'm trying to figure out what the results of my latest MRI mean.. ive already had 2 back surgeries one being a decompression and the other a lumbar fusion neither of which have helped with relief then my most recent MRI has new issues but I'm not sure what it means exactly.. just looking for clarification on a few notes that I don't understand and what it means going forward so here they are... Marrow edema centered at the L5-S1 endplates extending into the mid vertebral bodies. Marrow signal intensity is otherwise unremarkable. Normal distal spinal cord and cauda equina with conus medullaris at mid L1. Obscuration of epidural fat, lateral recess fat, and right foraminal fat, likely representing postoperative change. Left-sided marginal osteophyte with moderate left foraminal stenosis.Obscuration of fat planes on the right at L5-S1 including the lateral recess and foramen, likely postoperative change.
3. Moderate left foraminal stenosis at L5-S1.
4. Mild spondylosis at other levels without significant spinal canal or foraminal stenosis.thanks to whoever may read this and have a answer
