Why I can't study?

I have to re read a line lots of times, now i dont drink coffee, i knew it could help so i tried it and it worked well but only 1 day

Have you tried listening to music? There are studies that music can help while studying.....

  Also chew gum....then if having a test chew the same flavor to help retain what you read....

Hope some of that is helpful.
