Dear luv4kids,
Yours is a legal question. You should consult a divorce lawyer for a competent answer.
Sincerely,
Dr. P.
you can still get a divorce just not under adultery but you can disolve the marriage. Under adultery you would be able to get 15% more from him than a normal divorce due to the cheating, thats why they want you to prove it. You already have proof the woman but thats a whole nother story on how to make that work. I know I lived with a cheater for 15 yrs. If you want out then make him leave so you get the house that way he walked away from you and the kids. Just depends on what you want.
Are you sure that you want a divorce. Is there any way you could work through this or is it definitely over in your mind? It sounds like you are really finished with him but I just wanted to make sure that this is what you want.
